About me.

I’m John Prescott, a serial entrepreneur, NASM-certified personal trainer, and movement instructor dedicated to helping people and businesses unlock their full potential. My journey in fitness and entrepreneurship has been shaped by personal transformation, relentless perseverance, and a deep passion for helping others succeed.

I wasn’t always in peak shape—far from it. At one point, I was 70 pounds overweight, smoking two packs a day, and struggling with an autoimmune disorder. But I refused to let my circumstances define me. I committed to learning everything I could about fitness, movement, and mindset, and through that process, I completely transformed my health and my life. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training over 1,000 clients, owning multiple gyms, and sharing what I’ve learned with others who are ready to push past their own barriers.

Beyond training, I’m passionate about helping gyms and fitness enthusiasts succeed. That’s why my circumstance was the inspiration for Wheel Pay, a free business solution designed to save gym owners money and time while increasing revenue. Unlike other platforms, Wheel Pay is built with one purpose: to support fitness business owners without financial barriers. I believe that when small gyms and personal trainers thrive, the entire fitness community gets stronger.

I’ve always believed in giving back, building community, and pushing beyond limits—both in business and in life. My book, Mindset Reset, is a reflection of that philosophy, sharing the mindset shifts that helped me overcome adversity and build a life of resilience and success.
